MICHAEL BENDIXEN

Michael is a reward professional with broad international experience from large international and foundation owned companies. Michael aim is to ensure that reward strategy is clearly linked to the strategic ambition, and the design enables a clear value creation and is built on solid governance and operational excellence.

​

Michael has experience with design and implementation of rewards strategies, ensuring pay transparency and pay equity is part of the core reward design as well as establishing pay setting and pay development processes that enables leaders to make the right compensation decision. Michael has also worked on designing and implementing various short- & long-term incentive schemes, job architecture, and the framework that ensures solid governance and operational excellence (policy, guidelines, systems, tools, training and communication).

Michael has worked as a trusted advisor to both HR leaders, business leaders and executive management in several larger global organizations.

As part of the group function of rewards in Danske Bank, the overall responsibility was to support the development of the total reward strategy, as well as the general development, implementation and governance of group wide remuneration processes, such as annual salary and bonus process, as well as developing the systems to support these processes.
